Constructions begins on new entrance, administration offices, expanded dining room, outside enclosed garden space with walking path, and converting apartments to comply with ADA guidelines allowing assisted living services to be able to care for seniors in their home.

2003-2004 Assisted Living Apartments are complete, and residents begin to move into floors 2-7 of Tower One.

Constructions begins on the conversion of floors 8-10 in Tower One into assisted living apartments.

2007 – Construction on floors 8-10 is complete and residents begin to move in
