1971 – Tower One opens its doors to our first residents.

1972 – Due to the success of Tower One’s programs and activities an expansion is planned to double the size of the dining room and add more recreation spaces. Plans are also started to expand the campus with an additional building.

1977 – Funds were approved to move forward with the construction of Tower East

1978 – Architects from the firms of Moore, Grove, Harper, and Herbert S. Newman develop plans for Tower East
